Nightbane is driven by one thing and one thing only, to serve the Goddess of Desire, which makes me think Ni-dom. And he uses emotional manipulation and preys on peoples' feelings and desires which screams extremely unhealthy Fe. UPDATE ON ENNEAGRAM SINCE I AM STANDING BY THE MBTI (IN WHICH I TYPED NIGHTBANE AS INFJ): After rereading the enneagram subtypes, I am pretty sure, if not absolutely f******g CERTAIN Nightbane is a textbook sx 2 and a really, REALLY f*****d up sx 2 at that. While one could argue that Lilith is either a soc 2 or a sx 2 (though I am leaning towards soc 2), Nightbane is definitely a sx 2. "Combining the Prideful passion with the instinct of relations we get the sexual 2. Passion of Pride manifests here in an extreme sensitivity about being desired or not, and sometimes as a Pride in the number of sexual conquests one has made. This subtype is the most intense of the 2 subtypes, they are obsessed with the desire to be wanted, believing that love is overcoming resistance." Considering his actions in trying to win over Desire (the Goddess of Desire and in the Angel/Devil UR) AND how he acts towards Lilith in Volume I up until the Angel/Devil UR, I do think Nightbane's core motive is being loved/needed/desired, which easily makes him an image type, rather than a head type (like I originally thought going off vibes), or a gut type. "They have a superficial personality, they’re also seductive and sexually provocative, almost always intoxicated by love. They constantly move between seduction and aggressiveness, they are generous, indulgent and flatterers but can also be heavily impulsive when their pride is hurt and the love they expect is not given back." This section literally describes Nightbane's modus operandi throughout Volume I (and also his alias as Benjamin in the Lillibet UR event because let's be real, Benjamin was clearly Nightbane and Lillibet was clearly Lilith). "They clearly put their empathy at the service of seduction more than out of true interest in the other. They know how to weave webs from which it is difficult to escape because they become passionate when they are in conquest. They are a person who knows they are special and wants to be unforgettable; their only desire is to be adored again." Nightbane literally acts like a servant (and often acts really seductive while acting like a servant) to whoever he serves and often tries to manipulate them and take control over them (as seen with how he acts towards Lilith in Volume I up until the Angel/Devil UR event).
