Capitalism encourages selfish behaviour, pursuit of material weath, and disregard of people who do not conform to traditional notions of "intelligence"/"capability" (e.g people with disabilities, people with caregiving responsibilities, people who are neurodiverse, have ADHD/autism etc.). Mysteriously, certain occupations (e.g healthcare workers, cleaners, drivers, teachers, social workers), despite being labelled as "essential workers" during the pandemic, are paid the lowest in a capitalist system. Capitalism also prioritises results and profits ruthlessly over people's wellbeing, by forcing workers to work for long hours with insufficient rest, work in unsafe/dangerous conditions while being threatened not to whistleblow/unionise. Such a heavy-handed system driven by Te is antithesis to people leading with Fi & Fe (both individual values & group harmony). Some people desire to be part of a kinder humane system, a more cooperative rather than competitive environment, a stronger focus on social needs over profit margins. Some people have strong convictions against workplace bullying/unethical practices which are largely disregarded in a capitalistic environment. I am shocked and morally outraged that capitalists treat worker suicides & workplace accidents/deaths as mere collateral damage, older workers are treated as disposable/obsolete/worthless despite their years of service to a company. Capitalists like to paint the Soviet Union and Maoist China as big baddies (I myself am not a Stalinist), but capitalists also have to take responsibility for the violent massacres against the working class movements in France (Paris Commune in 1871) and Germany (Bavarian Soviet Republic in 1919). People who defend capitalism are not much different from people who defended feudalism back in the day, who think that the current system in this moment of history is the best system ever.
