I went for ENFJ because it seems to me that Fe and Ni are very clear, as he cares for the group's harmony, understands the needs and desires of others and when out of his usual social environment can be very manipulative and cynical, like when interacting with Mashiba and Imura. I can relate to his hard time making a change in the status quo in detriment of group harmony (like, really challenging Ippo or changing gyms to be able to get in the ring with him or even confessing his feelings for Kumi), and this comes from Fe. And this type has Se too, which can explain his very accurate sensings. Maybe Itagaki has a very well developed Se.
