背景
"I am Teodora Păucean and I have 5 years of experience in training, coaching, and recruiting, and a background in psychology and conflict management. After studying Psychology, I started working as an HR Consultant (recruiter) in an agency and gained experience in resume reviewing, interviewing candidates, and providing consultancy to corporate clients for HR-related processes and decisions. I gained experience recruiting for a variety of fields, such as engineering, IT, sales, marketing, HR, finance, procurement, as well as for top management. On top of these activities, I was also Recruitment Project Manager for one of the company’s biggest clients and coordinated the recruitment process for hundreds of roles. I then transitioned to Learning & Development and Training. Based on my passion for working with people on their self-development goals, I created a Learning & Development department from scratch, coached over 20 people in a 1:1 format, and provided training sessions for all employees, as well as for external clients. I also acted as an advisor for top management with the aim to create more policies that would improve employee satisfaction and wellbeing. In the meantime, I continued my education and training in psychodrama therapy and conflict management. In 2020, I started my own training & coaching business and have been very happy and fulfilled ever since."
