I think Bishop is the embodiment of America. If you look at his bio he was born on the day and year that the founding fathers made USA. His constant fear of extraterrestrial threats and he commits crimes larger than that of the aliens all in the name of protecting the earth and that's how he justifies his crimes. Kind of reminds you of one particular country huh 😁? Now, Bishop's fears aren't baseless and he is proven right sometimes. He is a smart man. And in a twisted way he genuinely cares about the Earth showing that he won't stop at anything to protect it. He even takes the DNA of the turtles so he can make artificial life to further destroy any potential threats. Now, if you're an alien. Doesn't matter if it's a good or bad Bishop will actively seek to hunt you down or remove you from the planet. As shown when he tries to sell professor honeycomb to Tryseratons so they go away and spare Earth from further war. He tries to kill turtles simply because they are turtles. I wrote about this guy maybe 2 years ago and I didn't go into detail but I honestly from that day till now believe that he is an INTJ. He is usually hidden in the shadows and is planning a lot of his things out and rarely interacts until there is a need for it

Agent John Bishop is a major antagonist in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He serves one of the two main antagonists of third season (alongside Utrom Shredder), one of the three main antagonists of the fourth season of the 2003 series (alongside Karai and Hun), and a supporting character in the sixth season, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward. He was also mentioned in the Mirage comics and appears in the IDW comics as a major antagonist as well as being mentioned off-panel in the Mirage Comics.
