This is definitely one of the more chaotic Freds. I'm still not sure how to type him, but the ENTP consensus, as weird as it is, makes perfect sense. He's way less consistent than the OG Fred, more entertained by ideas and variations on the Gang's usual investigation protocol. A couple of times, he tries to trap the villain immediately, without even investigating (it usually doesn't work). The Ne trumps the Te here. I don't see E6 at all, though. He's clearly a 3 or a 7.
