I'm surprised the consensus is INFJ, considering how strong her Fi is. Her internal feelings and values dictate EVERYTHING she does. She protects other concubines because she deeply empathises with how these women feel being away from their families. She protects Yingluo because of how much she wants to protect the individuality of Yingluo. She protects Yingluo's individuality and freedom because she couldn't protect her own. The ep 40 monologue says it all (translated): "Born into the Fuca House, but born despising restraint" -> craving individuality & freedom -> Fi "Obeying rules of tradition, yet still nostalgic of the past" -> Si "Losing my true self. Becoming a wooden puppet with strings, yet coveting love" -> Fi "From now on, I will no longer be the Empress. I'll only be Fucha Rongyin" -> :( Her depression was mainly due to how she couldn't express her individuality or have any freedom ever since being the empress. Is that not the most Fi thing ever?
