I don't understand how he's typed sx9, this man has to be the most obvious sp1 ever. Dance's first interaction with his son already indicated that he processes sentiments according to a set of expectations/standards and this is reinforced through day 6 by his inner thoughts to Aiden, Peter and Stanwin's murder. Note that not a single one of these reactions are externalized (which would be more in line with sx1 and so1) because Dance is more preoccupied whether he himself would do the right thing than anyone else.
