Edmaris is self confident, assertive, powerful considering his position, ambitious, and independent. This is why I suspect an 8w7, however I am still learning about enneagrams. As for Myers Briggs personality, I believe ESFJ is an excellent contender, considering he is in fact a king who has brought prosperity to himself and his country. This personality type is known for wanting to be in the lead and in the spotlight. They tire of things quite easily (which would prompt an order for an increase in power of some sort, either material or financial). While they excel with more practical ideas, they won't shy away from theories either, allowing for the country he rules to prosper in the best way possible. This does not mean he is immune to greed and sloth, which he displays in every early appearance in the series. Though this personality type is typically altruistic, this was likely overshadowed by Edmaris' greed which would continue feeding itself until it backfired, causing him to realize his err. Once he is snapped back to earth, his altruistic ways do in fact shine through- with humility and true consideration for the right path to take given the options provided by the Tempest Federation. TLDR; Edmaris is quite confident and ambitious, however greed does get the better of him for a time. Once he's forced back to his roots, he realizes his mistake and shows altruism and pragmatism.
