He was certainly a ENTJ he was a calculated strategist in battle as well as a ruler. He dreamed big and wanted to restore the lost territories a vision his fellow officers werent able to comprehend. He was the perfect emperor his only failure is his bad judge of character since he was to objective and evaluated his subordinates more by their skills and abilities and less by their loyalty towards him. Still one of my favorite emperors in my top ten.

Flavius Mauricius Tiberius also known as Emperor Maurice was emperor of the Eastern Roman Empire from 582 till he was betrayed and beheaded in 602. He is considered as one of the most capable statesman and generals of the Roman Empire and eventually was the author of the famous strategikon.
