Definition of emotional intelligence: "Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to manage both your own emotions and understand the emotions of people around you. There are five key elements to EI: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills." So not INFP because INFPs tend to value authentic emotional expression (Fi), so they would likely be less willing to or good at regulating certain emotions. Also Fi is less focused on others' emotions and more focused on their own. This definition most relates to Fe and Ni in my opinion, and also flexible emotion but confident volition.
