背景
"What are you? Deaf?" Just like the protagonist, she isn't named in any way. She's simply presented while the protagonist is looking for milk when she stops him to request him to get her some pecan cookies that she can't reach. She's drawn purposely to look like a milk carton. Her personality isn't really deeply shown, but she seems to be a stubborn kind of people as she insists in getting the exact cookies she wants and saying that she will try other kind later (even when it seems as she is in danger of dying soon).
