Kushim is name of an official of Uruk period (circa 3200 BC.) of Uruk city, Sumer. He is one of the earliest person with name recorded in writings. Cunieform letters KU and ŠIM appear in 18 clay tablets now known as the "Kushim tables" as an administrator concerning the transection of barley.
