From what I understand after following the case for over a year but primarily getting my news from the VivaBarnesLaw Law for the People Podcast, I think he's an ESxJ 6; in terms of career choice he's torn between being a nurse or a police officer, both definitely fit an individual with Si as the dominant perception function. I can also definitely see him as Ni-blind; he went to Kenosha to give medical aid, put out fires and brought his gun because the situation could get hairy - which it did. He didn't put much thought into the long-term consequences of what happens if things do got messy, e.g., left-wing prosecutor zealously going after him while ignoring Gaige Grosskreutz, who only got shot after he tried to put a gun to Kyle's head.
