Ni> Seongjun basically planned everything about his business and path to success while in prison, he foresaw that YouTube would become a big thing so he used that as a way to start networking, gaining money and an audience that would eventually support him when he entered politics. He doesn't like when things turn out different from what he anticipated they would. He thinks and plans out the future along with Te, but dislikes changing his plans at the last minute. When Hobin posted the videos exposing him, Seongjun did not react fast enough, he was convinced that everyone would forget about it eventually if he stayed silent. Ni>Se Te> He focuses on effectiveness and results rather than seeking to understand how or why things work like Ti, it's even seen on his mentality on fighting. "You're fighting to kill. It's not a sport with rules and everything." He does not stick to Judo, because it restricts him. Seongjun will use any available opportunity to win, anything in the environment that could be used as a weapon. He also does not believe in common morals about it being cowardly to attack the crotch or eyes, he only cares about getting things done effectively. Also in his backstory, he said that he didn't do Judo because he enjoyed it, but because it was his only way to make money. Se> He's pretty good at seeing an opportunity and using it while it's still there. I think Se also shows whenever he's fighting because he's good at using the environment to his advantage. There's also things like how he has a violent reaction when losing his temper after being insulted, both in his flashback and when he placed a hit on the Vice Minister.
