I don’t see her being Fi dominant at all. She actually clashes with the other wives who are Fi users. I think she’s a very unhealthy ENFJ who is probably in her INFP shadow. ENFJs are highly sensitive to the emotions of other people, but not themselves so much. Fi users tend to be self aware and recognize that everyone is an individual with their own thoughts and feelings. Robyn likes the idea of a close family with a common goal and her mood seems to depend on the harmony of everyone around her or lack thereof. She seems to hold everyone to a ridiculously high standard and gets very disappointed whenever everyone inevitably fails to live up to that expectation. She also seems to think she knows what’s best for everyone. That is unhealthy Fe-Ni. She ends up isolating herself from the family whenever she feels like she isn’t liked or accepted. I think Robyn gets along with Kody so well because he uses all the same functions as she does and he completely lacks Fi, so he leans on her as a moral compass and trusts what she thinks is best. They also both belong to the beta Quadra, so they have similar values.
