She seems to demonstrate more impulsive and reckless tendencies than an INTP would. Therefore, her priorities in the cognitive stack lie with SE being at the very top and Fi coming in second due to most of her decisions being based on emotions and an internal value system rather than an internal logical framework. This could be seen with her habits of kissing boys and her reasonings being to forget about a deal made with a faerie many years ago on behalf of Ben. Hazel only cares about finding ways to numb her own feelings without much thought into the future or how this may end up hurting said boys or herself along the way (Low NI). There's also her reasoning behind slaying the faeries being that she no longer wants them to harm people anymore and she kept at it until an incident lead her to effectively give that up, not because the possibility every popped into mind or because she reasoned for it to happen.
