I caution everyone not type anyone based on a single quote as any type can learn through experience. Someone that is healthy with well-balanced functions can have beliefs you wouldn't expect when you take their typing into account due to how well they use other functions. Many teachers/mentors/coaches will know that it really makes a difference for your student to have the right mentality, any type can realize the fact that you are much more likely to succeed when you commit yourself to "doing" rather than attempting to "try".
