Mutsumi Tamura (田村 睦心, Tamura Mutsumi, born June 19, 1987) is a Japanese voice actress who is affiliated with I'm Enterprise. She voiced Kobayashi in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Aknori Arihoshi in Yo-kai Watch Shadowside, and Lute in Monster Hunter Stories: Ride On. After graduating from the Japan Narration Institute, she made her debut in the 2007 anime television series ef: a tale of memories. In 2008, Tamura first starred in Battle Spirits: Shounen Toppa Bashin as Toppa Bashin. In August 2014, Tamura took a temporary break to remove a polyp from her throat.
