This woman literally faked being high on pain-killing medicines to get a confession out of Frasier. She's obsessed with rules, hierarchies and standards (Te), but has an Ne that is -as illustrated- higher than inferior. The inferior function she actually does present is Fi, meaning she represses her personal and emotional side to the point that others see her as a polished manager "robot". The only times where she lets her guard down is when she confronts Frasier, that's where it becomes obvious that she does have Fi, but chooses to overpower it with Te. A well-written ESTJ.
