Habib Husein Ja'far Al Hadar, S.Fil.I., M.Ag. or who is familiarly called Habib Ja'far (born in Bondowoso, East Java, June 21, 1988; age 33 years) is an Indonesian preacher and writer. He is a graduate of the Master of Qur'anic Tafsir at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. He is also the author of Islamic books published by Gramedia and Mizan, writer for mass media about Islam (Kompas, Tempo Magazine, Jawa Pos, etc.), speaker about Islam on National TV (Metro TV, CNN Indonesia, etc.), Director of the Jakarta Academy of Islamic Culture, and activist at the Islamic Love Movement.
