Doubtful that he’s a Si dom who decided to stay in the palace that enslaved him rather than returning to his homeland. He seems adaptable with lots of Ti wisdom, and presumably low Fi considering the aforementioned choice to basically stay enslaved even after he had the chance at freedom, because he wanted to remain loyal to Orual.
