Personally I’m confused on why she’s a Neutral Good rather than a Lawful Neutral or True Neutral. NG is implying her morally questionable actions are for a generally good purpose, when I feel that isn’t the case at all. HUGE SPOILED WARNING! But Emma’s good-natured fake personality would make more sense as a NG, however, her fake personality is exactly that; it’s /fake/. Emma is clearly shown to be a lot more greedy, morally grey, and messed up in the head while still having little kindness and pity towards others. Hajime even remarks Emma to have an “old angry temper” during the Void Theater segments. It would make more sense to see her as a Lawful Neutral rather than a Neutral Good due to acting lawful and noble to portray her loyalty, but guided by her own personal greed. I don’t think Emma is inherently an X Evil like Nikei since she has a decent amount of empathy, but she aint exactly a saint either.
