she's definitely an Ne dom, but it can come off as Se dom because of the sheer level of randomness and spontaneousness that it holds (this is probably a result of her being adhd coded) as well as her Si blindness. kasumi uses her Si function.. never.. which leaves her ungrounded in the real world to search for all of these abstract concepts through her Ne to fuel her Fi, wanting to be a star and make a band and find her heart pounding moment. kasumi is actually highly intuitive, she uses this function on her band members and on her lyrics the most. she's got this way of coming up with all different possibilities of why her friends could be feeling a certain way and once she has a grasp on it she moves on to figuring out all the different ways she can make them feel better. this happens with arisa non stop, but also with saya when shes hesitant to join the band and tae when she's debating about RAS. you can also look at the ways she was recruiting everyone in general. her Ne dom also rests in her lyrics too, because she takes in all these different ideas and experiences that shes had with her friends and incorporated them into her shows and songs. tldr finding the heart pounding moment is her main motive when we first meet her but we find out later that thats Ne playing with Si blindness because thats not the only thing shes looking for, shes looking for so much more that she can now find with her friends by her side.
Biography
She is highly active and always positive girl. Since she entered high school, she's been searching for something sparkling that could make her heart flutter. Along the way, she encountered a girl with a bright red star-shaped guitar, and since then, it's become her dream to form a girl band. She has a younger sister in her family of 4, but it's not exactly clear who acts like the elder.
