What personality type is Emu Otori? Emu Otori is an ENFP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - sx/so - 729 in Enneagram, SCUAI in Big 5, IEE in Socionics.

while i can see where the ESFJ votes are coming from, i don't think she actually is one. i think the problem here is that many people have the wrong idea of how ENFPs are like. i'm still new to mbti, so i might be misinterpreting things, but: worrying about her friends and being a nice person overall does not make emu a Fe dom in the slightest. if she's so focused in saving the wonder stage it's not solely because her grandpa loved it. it's not solely because the kids love it. it's because SHE loves it as well. she wants to save it because, yes, she's attached to it (ENFPs get attached to past memories too, it's not as uncommon as people seem to think), and because she loves it so much. that's a clear example of her Fi imo. not to mention that if she used Fe that much, she probably wouldn't try so hard to go against her family's wishes of shutting down the wonder stage. but since she's a Fi aux, she formed her own ideals anyways, and is focused in making them understand. (plus, being a Fi user doesn't mean you don't care about people... we do) also, if she was a Si aux she'd be more focused in the past overall, but the only past experience she's so concerned about is the wonder stage. but generally, she's always using her Ne (always proposing new ideas for the future, even going as far as to suggest to start practising for the next day). she even uses it when she tries to convince her family: she brings new ideas, and tries to make them understand. i think not only her Ne is visible there, but also her tert Te. just because she isn't "haha funny" all the time and values the wonder stage doesn't mean she's not an ENFP.

Emu is very cheerful but also a bit naive. She's impulsive, acting on every idea that she comes up with. She often drags people around her into her plans.
