What personality type is Rika? Rika is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w3 - so/sx - 216 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
Why ENFJ? Her Ni is stronger than her Fe and her Se is next to non-existent as opposed to her Ti, which is obvious on multiple occasions. The fact that she has good people skills doesn't automatically make her an extrovert. She has a huge goal she sets aside everyone in her life for, and which she's willing to achieve by any means. Granted, she uses quite a lot of Fe in the way she manipulates her believers through their emotions, but other than that she's just a really emotionally unstable Ni dom. Also, she tries to apply "logic" to her judgements and appear like someone who is stating "hard facts", and as much as it fails to be even close to actual logic, there's no denying that this proves the presence of at least some Ti. Furthermore, she is shown to be fairly analytical, since she can easily understand people's weaknesses and find ways to use them in her advantage. In contrary, she isnt in touch with her Se at all: she isn't present oriented, she is the opposite of "here and now", as she prefers to think more and more about the future, and she isn't in touch with reality most of the time (granted she has mental issues that might also contribute to that, but still personality plays a role to some extent). I would add that, in general, she appears like a very introverted person, usually keeping things strictly to herself, and having a lot of secrets.
Biography
Rika is a secondary character in Mystic Messenger who founded the RFA and the girlfriend/fiance of V who tragically "died" 18 months before the events of the game.
