Personality

What personality type is Zelda (Main Personality)? Zelda (Main Personality) is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - so/sp - 152 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.

As many people have already said, Zelda's type changes throughout the games. I think INFJ is her most consistent type, and considering Ocarina of Time is the classic and most renowned Zelda game (with perhaps exception of Breath in the Wild that sort of became an instantaneous "classic" as the result of its new set up with the massive landscape), I would say it is safe to decide on INFJ as a whole to define her. Zelda games involving Zelda, I have beat/played all of: Ocarina of Time, A Link Between Worlds, Spirit Tracks and Breath of the Wild. I played some of Twilight Princess. I think in Spirit Tracks, Zelda is probably an ENFJ. Her Fe seems to predominate.. You can sort of see her Ni.. Though one argument for her not as much being an ENFJ is how difficult it was for her to tap into her innate power.. Though, it also can be argued that she was in an ISTP reverse function phase perhaps, or her Fe and being so wrapped in others, and also of course, the fact she did not have a body to as much levitate tertiary Se could be why.. She easily gives up attachments, like her Spirit Flute heirloom, does not mind Link's lack of manner, so Si is unlikely. Breath of the Wild, I can see either ISFP or INTJ. I did not attain all the memories, and I think those add a lot of context, so to decide between those two, I would need have those all.. In a Link Between Worlds, Zelda is an XNFJ, can go either way for INFJ or ENFJ. Her character is not much shown, but I do think Fe shows a bit more than Ni, but some INFJ's like a spiritual counselor I have had, can masquerade as ENFJ because of how Ni-Fe picks up on the environment. Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, she is most certainly an INFJ.

Biography

The series's namesake(s), the Princess of Hyrule across various reincarnations. Zelda is often one of the Seven Sages, and is one of the keystones binding Ganon, the Triforce, and/or the entrance to the Sacred Realm. Zelda is the predesignated holder of the Triforce of Wisdom because of her great wisdom and insight. Because of her powers, destiny, and political position in Hyrule, she is often a target of dark forces that seek to abduct her to either use her for their plans or keep her from thwarting their plans. Thus Link's quest to save the world tends to include rescuing Zelda or securing her safety. While Zelda is one of the iconic Damsels in Distress in video games, this is a bit inaccurate; she's often an active force plotting against the villain of the title, and provides Link with information, equipment, and guidance. It's also not uncommon to see Zelda out in the field instead of cooped up in Hyrule Castle, and on occasion she's even fought alongside Link.
