What personality type is Isabelle? Isabelle is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w3 - so/sp - 296 in Enneagram, SCOAN in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.
Personally, I think Isabelle is more showing of so/sx rather than so/sp. I say this because she's shown to not have much care for her own well-being. She's much more willing to solve other people's problems to the point of being a clumsy workaholic, and in the case of sx, she usually likes dedicating her efforts to one person's vision, be it the Mayor in New Leaf or Tom Nook in New Horizons. Isabelle is subservient, but that's because she prefers being in a role like that. If she were sp, she would do more things that would keep herself from getting hurt, but she doesn't because of her focus on devotion.
Biography
Isabelle is a dog who debuts in New Leaf. She assists the player in their new role as the town mayor as their secretary and assistant. She is friendly, polite, hardworking and eager to help the player in any tasks she can assist with. She is keen to make the town a better place to live in by encouraging the player to do tasks and Public Works Projects throughout the town.
