Lois in early seasons was an ENFJ. She resisted her family’s traditions and expectations at every turn. Carter told her not to be a model. She refused. Carter and her aunt wanted her to date and marry an Ivy legacy. She saw Peter’s potential when nobody else did, and knew that he was more loyal and affectionate than any suitor her family arranged for her. Lois served as the voice of reason and a nurturing advisor to Peter and her kids, and in many cases, she had this awareness of events and people through Fe and Ni. For instance, she knew Meg pretended to be a lesbian so she can have friends after Meg “came out.” She later put Meg through several situations with her new friends to prove her case. In a different episode, she knew Brian made accidents on the carpet due to his unrequited feelings for Lois. She took advantage of those feelings later on and only married Brian when Peter was mistakenly assumed dead in another episode so that she can make life as stable for her children and secure as much money as possible from Brian. Lois was very ambitious and competitive as well, as she saw people as projects through her Ni and coached them to succeed on her behalf. She tried to teach several students how to play piano to humiliate a more successful piano instructor, and then she keened in on Peter, taking advantage of the fact that he needed to be inebriated and going to exceptional lengths to keep his buzz. She guided Meg on how to be more popular with the students in her class, and when that did not work, she worked with her daughter on a revenge plan against Connie. She taught Chris how to be more popular with women, even creating elaborate punishments if he messes up. Lois is aware of Stewie’s homicidal nature as well, as she completely understood one of his death threats in a very early episode, ignored and dismissed him, and pacified him by taking advantage of his infant status. Lois devised a revenge plan against Stewie after he almost killed her in a one of Stewie’s simulations, and stopped at nothing until Stewie died. Lois is very Se oriented as well, and in several cases, it is stronger than her Ni. She was extremely proficient at martial arts on multiple occasions, defeating several experienced fighters and even her instructor with minimal training. Lois is compulsive, enjoying shoplifting, abusing drugs, and partying, getting an intense high from breaking the law. She does this regularly. Lois cares a lot about her physical appearance, as she got herself a makeover after Peter insulted her in a later season. She dropped everything, spent thousand of dollars on new clothes, makeup, and a truck, and experimented with her new body until Peter grew sick of this. Lois went out partying every single night. Even before she met Peter, she loved late night parties and bonded with him through one when they first met. Lois partied on Spring Break and had fun while Meg was alone in the car. Lois took her modeling career in pride. Lois was a talented swimmer and even secured a position on the Olympic team until she was forced to drop her place after she got pregnant with Meg. In one of Peter’s past episodes, she spent time at the community pool. Lois is very sexual as well, as in some episodes she acts as a dominatrix to Peter, “was the man” when she emasculated Peter while she was still on her high as a martial artist, had sex with Peter in controversial places (on top of Carter’s body while he was unconscious, in Peter’s office at the brewery while she demanded Peter to let his coworker Opie watch them, and in the laundry room.) Lois spent an entire episode trying to get herself pregnant for Peter. She enjoys sexual pleasure almost as much as Quagmire does. Lois had several sexual partners before and after she met Peter. Lois made it abundantly clear that she enjoys sex but she does not want to have children. Lois now is an unhealthy and cruel shell of her already dysfunctional self. She is a very sexually active and manipulative Fe dom. In one episode, Lois mocked Meg’s perceived obesity by packing her lunch bag with Chris’s sandwich crusts, trash, and a picture of Lois eating a turkey leg. In another episode, she mocked Brian for dating Ida and that his relationship with her was akin to “the circus,” but in a future episode after that, she butters up to Ida and fakes support for Ida when she realizes that trans people are more socially accepting at this point. In a different episode, Lois hedges her bets with the Christian God by supporting LGBT couples in living together but not accepting gay marriage. Lois mocked Chris’s sensitivity by pitting him against the older students who would have him for being a freshman. Lois verbally and emotionally abuses anyone who crosses her path. Lois appears to be an ENFJ. I don’t see much Si from her; she is very much experimental with her Se. In some episodes, Lois may appear to be an unhealthy ESFJ. Her character is so inconsistent.

Lois Griffin was born to affluent WASP parents, Carter and Barbara Pewterschmidt. It is revealed in the episode "Family Goy" that her mother is actually a Holocaust survivor who concealed her Judaism,though she was raised a Protestant. Lois and the rest of the Griffins live in the fictional city of Quahog, Rhode Island. She primarily works as a housewife throughout the series, though she did give piano lessons in early episodes.
