Ni is dominant and manifests in the form of his ideology of perfect future and society. I'm torn between Te-Fi and Fe-Ti, but the latter sounds more believable because of how protective and caring he is. Not that INTJs can't be caring, it's just that this isn't how they express it. Te-Fi users express care mostly through duty, dedication and provision, while Fe-Ti users are warmer, more outwardly supportive and "maternal". Si demon is very obvious, I can't imagine him as anything but INxJ.
