His perfectionism is externalized, not internalized, thus 1w2 > 1w9. The Black King has a set of ideas and values he wants to manifest, desiring for monsters and demihumans to be saved and thrive. Despite hating humans and wanting to drive them into extinction, he deeply cares about his followers, healing their wounds and providing them with everything they need. Ni is dominant and manifests in the form of his ideology of perfect future and society. I'm torn between Te-Fi and Fe-Ti, but the latter sounds more believable because of how protective and caring he is. Not that INTJs can't be caring, it's just that this isn't how they express it. Te-Fi users express care mostly through duty, dedication and provision, while Fe-Ti users are warmer, more outwardly supportive and "maternal". Si demon is very obvious, I can't imagine him as anything but INxJ.
