I can see why someone would interpret him as using Fi instead of Ti, and thus being an ESFP rather than ESTP. However, I can't say I agree. The issue here is that, while Shirazumi doesn't appear to be very logically minded on the surface, this is mainly because of the fact that they are blatantly not perfectly mentally well; in terms of how they actually make decisions, Fi doesn't seem to come up at all. Comparatively, Ti is a very close fit, simply because they constantly act under the belief that they are doing what is logically and objectively correct; even if, as it's frequently shown, this isn't the case. What matters is that they think what they are doing is the logical course of action. Whether is actually is doesn't have much impact on the cognitive functions.
