he's most definitely leading with feeling. quick to like Agatha and empathize with her, not accepting anyone's view of her, making up his own judgement. the thing he values the most and is the most excited about is the companionship of a coven of witches, sticking to the moral principles of sharing burdens and protecting each other. EPISODE 5 SPOILERS the moment he realises that Agatha and the coven are so quick to betray each other, and took Alice's death so lightly, he's greatly disappointed in them, he confronts agatha about it, "so being a witch means killing everyone to serve your own agenda", making the point that that's not HIS way, and lashes out when agatha doubts him and mocks him (maybe there's more to it tho, he might've been possessed) i truly cannot see Ni Dom anywhere EPISODE 6 UPDATE Despite doing his research on Agatha and learning the horrible stuff she's said to have done he did truly care for her (he begged the coven to not harm or leave her in episode 5). But he changes his demeanor completely ("i do not trust you at all") after Agatha kills Alice, thinking she could control it and she's lying to him. Turns out he knows more than i thought but it doesn't really change anything. He was still genuine about his values, excitement and feelings, wasn't even trying to hide his identity and intentions, and freaked out in a temper tantrum when things didn't go his way, he felt betrayed and agatha doubted his principles. Going a bit meta but Agatha's powers come from absorbing other people's lives, and she puts on her villain persona when it gets too vulnerable for her comfort, because that's what everyone says she is - evil, and it's easier to just accept that than to figure her emotions out and be better. Billy and Wanda's powers manifest from the inside, when their feelings are too strong to contain, and they are adamant on stressing the point that they are NOT evil, they are NOT monsters, they are NOT like Agatha, that's not THEIR way, you don't know them, don't tell them who they are. Billy is a mini wanda lol.

William "Billy" Maximoff is the son of Wanda Maximoff and Vision, and the younger twin brother of Tommy Maximoff. Created and raised within the Westview Anomaly, he, along with his brother, were targeted by S.W.O.R.D. and eventually captured by Agatha Harkness. During the Battle of Westview, the brothers were freed and helped defeat the S.W.O.R.D. agents. Following the battle, Wanda dispelled the Hex; however, Billy's soul jumped into the recently deceased body of William Kaplan. Billy, who became amnesiac, then lived for three years as William Kaplan. However, upon studying witchcraft, he sought to find Tommy and embarked on the Witches' Road alongside Agatha Harkness and her new coven.
