Acheron has a ridiculous amount of Ni, at least as of 2.1 version it’s the most prominent function of her character. Te-Fe preference can be argued, although so far, she hasn’t really shown much Fe, being mostly driven by her own personal agenda and goals. Acheron’s conversation with Welt this update was pure Ni, as their styles of reasoning and observation are remarkably similar, save for maybe Acheron being more matter-of-factly. Both of them, having an inferior Se function, gather information from an external world and then filter it through a much stronger Ni-function. An example of that process is Acheron describing many places and people she observed passively, contextualizing them within a broader scheme of things, be it the description of how different Penacony places function behind the scenes, or The Family’s systematic problems that will eventually lead them to doom. Interestingly, she doesn’t question her feelings there, or the validity of it (Fi), but rather reflects on the meaning of events, places and how they connect and fit in (Ni). On the other hand, her use of Se is minimal, to say the least. If we associate Se with physical presence and senses, ironically Acheron is literally the only character there constantly getting lost, with almost no sensory awareness so to speak. Se - as a getting involved in a present moment function - is also not something she excels at, often not taking action at all unless being directly forced to. I just can’t seem to recall instances of Acheron using any Se at all. The story is still unfolding and how they explore her character might change in the future, too, but so far Ni-Fi combo is much more prevalent than Fi-Se, so INTJ for now. EDIT: I feel like some of the ISFP arguments regarding dominant Fi also need to be addressed here. While yes, she more likely than not has Fi in her functions, Acheron isn't guided purely by her Fi. From the information we have so far, her primary goal of being in Penacony is to uncover the truth of whoever it is in her character trailer. This is, once again, a search for meaning (Ni) and nowhere does this hint at her dominant Fi. Additionally, her exchange with Aventurine during the black hole sequence is another example of Ni>Fi: at one point he very directly asks Acheron about her own opinion of what's the point of life. And Acheron, instead of coming from her personal feelings and describing them (as you'd expect from a dominant Fi-user) gives him an answer that's as Ni as you can get, alluding to connections and the end result. And finally, she sometimes relies on her feelings to remember events because it's just another way to recall what happened in the past, since she forgets factual information due to plot reasons, but the feelings remain - it's either that, or walking like a total amnesiac in her case.
