Joel is clearly an adorable INFP. He sets out on a possibly deadly journey without a logically devised plan. By the end of the movie, he does just that and starts to turn into a possible leader, when his new abilities are paired with his positive values and optimistic mindset. Dylan O' Brien's dominant Ne really shines through though, that's why there are ENFP votes.
