What personality type is Outis? Outis is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - - 638 in Enneagram, in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.
Thus far, I definitely think there’s a lot of Si to be observed… To put the obvious out of the way, she seems very preoccupied with her past in the war, and her perception of the world seems to be always viewed through it’s lens—she draws constant connections to it, and maintains the comportment of a soldier even now. Generally she’s quite orderly, disciplined, responsible, and routinely, which definitely leaves an STJ impression. And here I’ll cover some quotes that stuck out to me; “Receiving commands form someone with zero experience in combat was unfathomable to me. However… I'm learning here that here every rule has its exceptions.” (<-valuing lived experience and that of which is tested and reliable, while also updating her belief system upon the method being proven reliable) “I’d appreciate if you could keep it simple” (to me this calls to Te objectivity and efficiency.) “Oversleeping is not tolerated on my watch. Such tardiness in wartime is flat out asking to be killed.” (just an example of a callback to war she makes, and her strict obedience to these rules even after the fact. and of course, maybe a bit of a Si inclination to routine) “I am still unaccustomed to the blue sky, and the fact that I can freely breathe this air… and the absence of shouts and cries that would break the dawn.” (vivid Si recollection all connected to her senses—breathing, sound, visual—along and slow adaptation) Beyond that, I really view her as Te>Ti, hence ruling out ISTP (at least in my opinion.) She just doesn’t seem as interested in the process or deconstruction of things as she is in facts and organization… And of course, her leading focus on efficiency, claiming “I don’t need cowards on my battlefield. Can’t I throw him out of the bus?” (lol) during Canto III about Sinclair, who was bordering on a panic attack. ISTJ feels like it could be plausible due to how clear cut I believe her Si to be, but on the other hand, she’s quite quick witted and perceptive, as well as her inclination to leadership (I’ll detail more in reply), so I could definitely see her Ne taking a more prominent role—especially considering I can’t really say I see any of the infNe traits that are typical of Sidoms, while I’m having a bit harder of a time distinguishing instances of her Fi (though I most definitely think she values Fi>Fe). Though like I mentioned earlier, I think some of the impersonality she displays (like during the Sinclair incident) can reasonably be attributed to infFi. Tedom struggle with sensitivity Brilliant strong character that I’m loving so far… Can’t wait for her chapter (in an eternity.) I’ll detail my enneagram thoughts separately in a reply ^_^
