I think it is a mistake to assume that Fe user are enable to having a strong sense of integrity and a firm set of values. Both Fi and Fe are functions centered around the individuals values, but Fi users values are internally guided and come from within and personal sensitivities, while Fe users values concern the external structures and peoples involved and are linked to social norms, but not limited to them. Agatha is guided by external ideas of morality, believing herself to be sorted into the wrong school, as she doesn‘t fit the image of being a good person society propagates. While she questions the current rules of the school, she bases this criticism in the ancient core values preached by the school and when she was a child.
