I think it is a mistake to assume that Fe user are enable to having a strong sense of integrity and a firm set of values. Both Fi and Fe are functions centered around the individuals values, but Fi users values are internally guided and come from within and personal sensitivities, while Fe users values concern the external structures and peoples involved and are linked to social norms, but not limited to them.
