Ok, im honestly tired of manipulation being the biggest argument for Fe and when a character shows slightest ability in interacting with humans to make something happen from it fans say FE!!!!! ok. Now to actual arguments: This chef has a big thing for concepts, meaning and symbolism used in food. Always trying to convey something more than just taste in food(one of the biggest manifestations of Se and sensory experience). When he couldn't get his elite customers to actually understand what he meant in his food, like a writer that couldn't make his fans read anything he wrote, he got mad. Really mad. " Savor, relish, consider every morsel you place in your mouth, be mindful, but do not "eat". That's his Ni. A dominant Ni driving him and his work. Now for his Aux func. This is where most people in this page disagree. But let me remind you of one thing, INTJ IS capable of emotional manipulation, gaslight, silent treatment and all other things people attribute to unhealthy INFJs. This man is a military commander. He doesn't just manipulate the feelings of his crew. He commands them. Their sleeping cabin is like a military camp. He has engraved discipline and order in them. When he makes advances on his female sous chef? and she doesn't allow it, he gives her silent treatment, giving her "commands" without directly talking to her for 8 months. It is emotional abuse, but i'd argue a real INFJ would've been more smooth with this. He made the woman feel so crushed by his attitude that she rather let him have his way. And that's supposed to be before he gave up and tried to kill his customers to send a "message" and create a "meaningful course". So i say he is Te aux. This guy is a military commander wearing an apron and making his soldiers fight an endless fight with the expectations of his customers. And when no one appreciated his efforts(Te) and understood his intentions behind his colorful food(Ni) he got emotional, his values were trampled under foot by some rich elite who just wanted to say they "had the experience". And this anger made him want revenge. That's his tert Fi. Being able to make people happy with his food was his deepest desire. He hinted in one of his monologues that even his mother didn't find his efforts enough. And he was hurt by it. Being reminded of these values by Marogt was his last happy moment, and what made him let her live. And his inf Se. Welp, I'm gonna say making a the experience of eating food into an existentialist mental exercise is the peak of Se inf lol. Margot was totally annoyed with this, and didn't hide it. She wanted food, that made you full, and tased good. Not some symbolic attempt in creating ecosystems with your dish lol.
