Biography
He has power over warm weather and controls the weather of the southern hemisphere. When asked by Mrs. Claus to let it snow in Southtown, he refuses unless he is given permission to make the snow in the North Pole melt. He ends up being forced to compromise with his brother and let him make it snow in Southtown in exchange for bringing Spring to the North Pole after Mrs. Claus tells on them to Mother Nature.
