What personality type is Lance? Lance is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - - in Enneagram, in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
There may not be that much to go off of, but my first thought was ESTP. He enjoys partying and physical activities and he is rather direct/ extroverted. I think the way he interacts with others indicates he's more of a T type, not so "people focused".
