What personality type is New (The Boyz)? New (The Boyz) is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - sx/so - 146 in Enneagram, RLOEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.
We all agree he uses Fi, but it's definitely not his top judging function. Chanhee's Te is clearly higher than his Fi. He seems "cute" but he's actually very authoritative and you can tell he likes being in charge in situations he's confident in. An example is that while running the restaurant in Flower Snack he always came forward and took charge when the other members didn't understand or were confused about how to do something. He's extremely quick witted, he doesn't consider nor ponder on different ways in which they could do something like a Ne user would, he straight up analyzes the situation (Ni) and decides one practical solution so he can immediately act on it (Te), you can see that after the 31 minute mark https://youtu.be/Fd1Ea555H1M I understand it might be hard for non Ni users to spot Ni, but where do you see the Ne? His way of speaking is very linear, punctual and straightforward like a Ni-Te user, he doesn't go off on tangents, he's generally quiet and in vlives you can tell he struggles to come up with topics of conversation and relies heavily on fan comments or other members. This vlive is a perfect example of it, he invites Haknyeon over, then Sunwoo, and finally Younghoon. Around the 25 minute mark you can see Sunwoo (INTJ) and Chanhee quietly reading comments and deciding what to talk about instead of just coming up with things to talk about themselves, their conversations are very linear and they don't really change topics if it isn't because of comments, this is a common pattern in all of their vlives together.
