Selfless MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Selfless? Selfless is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w1 - so/sx - 926 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

xSFJs are more selfless than xNFJs. Ni is more concerned with the bigger picture of society and will develop ideals about how they believe society should be. So Ni will be selfless when it fits an ideal they believe in, if you know what I mean. Ni is also more detached from reality and will prefer dealing with ideas and concepts rather interacting in the physical environment which may make them look less willing to help others as much as an xSFJ. Si is more down to earth and will be more willing to help their friends because of its loyalty, plus the combination of Si dutifulness and Fe selflessness means there is an added sense of responsibility to help other people that is not present in xNFJs. We can also say that xSFJs are more selfless in their social circles, as another comment correctly pointed out, while xNFJs are more concerned about how to contribute to society as a whole

Biography

A sense of loving and giving, that is healthy in moderate amounts. Selflessness is a sociable and mostly positive attribute, it is humble and thankful for the deeds of others. The opposite of Selfishness, Selflessness improves the reputation of oneself but too much can be rather unnecessary. An unhealthy act of selflessness can leave a person, missing-out on opportunities and empty of pocket. Reputation over substantial needs is a dangerous situation, one that is best balanced out.
