Selfless is putting others needs and wants before your own, which a 9 or even a 4 would be more likely to do that before a 2. 2s feel full and like they deserve love. An average 2 will be proud, which is the sin of 2 and will seek to be praised. Even if a 2 is considered "healthier" than the average 2, it is true that they will help selflessly, but they still should show traits of 2 apart from being altruistic. You cannot be an enneagram if you don't share the enneagram's cores. Even the terms "healthy" and "unhealthy" do not apply well to enneagram because enneagram is neurotic, and it strictly focuses on humanity's flaws. The So2 specifically is very cold and blunt, unlike the passive and kind So9.

A sense of loving and giving, that is healthy in moderate amounts. Selflessness is a sociable and mostly positive attribute, it is humble and thankful for the deeds of others. The opposite of Selfishness, Selflessness improves the reputation of oneself but too much can be rather unnecessary. An unhealthy act of selflessness can leave a person, missing-out on opportunities and empty of pocket. Reputation over substantial needs is a dangerous situation, one that is best balanced out.
