Hi, me again, five months later and now definitely sure Moa is an ENFP. I get why you could type her as an ESTP because that's how her on-stage persona seems like, and if you only know Moa by Babymetal and not by sakura gakuin, then you are most likely blind to how she is irl. I was reading her SG diary entries a while ago, and she is a walking Ne-Fi user. I agree that this argument can seem weak because her last entry is from almost 7 years ago (and the first one is 10) and even if people change with time, according to MBTI, growing up doesn't really change your type (unless you develop inferior functions more, but I don't believe that's Moa's case). She obsesses easily with things she likes (like anime and love live) and compares events from her daily life to what she sees in fiction A LOT. She doesn't seem aware of her surroundings in the present moment most of the time because her mind is always distracting her from it (honestly. that's really cute lol), you can see that too in some of sakura gakuin's clips. Now, Fi can be seen in small things like how she is unable to sleep alone and often forced yui to sleep next to her even if she didn't want to and stating that she likes the idea of doing what she wants while touring even if she can't exactly do it (go out just to try new food for example). She also seeks validation from Su whenever she has the opportunity to do so, saying things like how much she loves her even if she doesn't feel the same way towards her (not in a romantic way), and having her on a pedestal most of the times even if she forgets her name. She also loves watching her friends grow. One of the things she repeated the most in her diary is how much she values hardworking (I believe she is a 3w2) and how proud she felt whenever somebody overpassed an obstacle. She is a hardworking, dreamy person, who values a lot her friends, teammates, and likings. She is way too emotional to be a Ti user and way too lost in her mind to be a Se one. I hope we can see more of Moa Kikuchi in the future because for now, I can only type her based on her sakura days and by some things she says in written interviews. Still, even if "MOAMETAL" can be seen as an ESTP, moa kikuchi is definitely an ENFP.

Moa Kikuchi (菊地 最愛 Kikuchi Moa, born July 4, 1999) is a Japanese musician, singer, model, and actress. She is represented by the talent agency Amuse, Inc. She is a member of the kawaii metal group Babymetal and a former member of the idol group Sakura Gakuin.
