Definate IxFJ or INFP. 1) She's polite, shy, whimsical 2) I've seen her humbelbrag on a couple of clips, one of them about her gymnastics abilities and it reminded a hell of a lot like a 2w1 INFJ woman I know. It's very 2 enneagram, someone who's quiet and self-sacrificing but is nonetheless prideful of their abilities. The approval seeking behaviour comes in wanting to let others know of their talents, but doing so in a respectful, indirect way that come across as paradoxical given their nature. 2 enneagram correlates with FJ. 3) I've seen a couple of times where she'll suddenly come alive with energy for a quick performance and then shly revert back to her natural state which i've noticed in INFJs, see Kana Hanazawa for a great example of this. 4) her interaction style is engaged and facially expressive, not detatched or potentially awkward like a Fi dominant. 5) Her YouTube channel which, given a quick look over in regards to the contents, I'd wager is managed by herself, is extremely aesthetic in a Se-valuing way. There's a strong consideration of colors and framing with her videos. Granted I only skimmed through a couple but it's clear this is a consistent from the thumbnails.
