What personality type is Not have children? Not have children is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - sp/so - in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.

I chose INTJ and not INTP for three reasons. The first reason is that the need for solitude and independence is more stronger for INTJs, being also the most introverted among introverts, and having children also means having many social relationships (going to the park, many events, then there are relationships with kindred). The second reason is that getting married and having children is almost a "social obligation" in the society in which we live (this is especially true for women; a woman without children, for some people, is "imperfect"), so it is as if it were a tradition, and following traditions is not consistent with the individualistic mentality of an INTJ. (EDIT: this point originally referred to the ISTJs). The third reason is that, having a mentality projected into the future, it is easier for an INTJ to be able to imagine himself immersed in the many responsibilities that a growing child would have, imagining a life he would not like to have, so he plans immediately the choice not to have children in his mind instead of improvising, more suited to an INTP.
