I consider him 4 sx because I don’t think that if he were a e3, he would be so actively focused and pay attention to Wonder. If he were a three, he would be much more focused on success, and would not be distracted from his tasks. If he were a e3, he would give in to his impulses and feelings less, and in his character it is clearly traced that he gives in to his emotions, otherwise even Peepers would not have told him about it then, that he directs all his efforts to destroy Wonder. And also, e3 are important to the opinion of society about them and they try to adhere to a certain image, while Hater (yes, he also creates the image of an evil person) tries to hide in this way the fact that he needs people and needs friends (subtype sx 4 can do this too), and that is why he became so fixated on Wonder, while e3 would not understand themselves, he also often changes mood, e3 are still more interested in how they will behave in public and they would control themselves in behavior I didn't notice any hater like that.
