This is a explanation as to why Taehyun is an ISTP, because some people seem to not be convinced even though there are explanations. "I think I can make progress as long as I don’t get bogged down in my dreams. By keeping it real I can see what I’m up against a little more objectively. So I think that actually helps me achieve my dreams." He literally just described Se, Se wants to perceive reality in the most objective and grounded way. He’s using objective sensory data to come to an intuitive concept (Se-Ni balance). Him not wanting to get caught up in the idea of things, and just accepting reality for what it is points towards having very low or no Ne. "I think if you use your smartphone the right way, it’s even more useful than a book. It’s like, the more a person makes practical use of the Internet, the bigger the influence it has on their knowledge and their life. Any time I’m curious about something I look it up right away, and if I think about it again later I go back into my bookmarks. I think it’s human curiosity that keeps people from losing the spark in life." I perceive this to be a very ISTP thing to say. He’s basically explaining the way his Ti-Se works together. He talks about finding ways to makes things practical (Se), and finding a way to use that practicality in a logical, and knowledgeable way (Ti). Another thing I’d like to add is his need to master anything that piques his interest. An Ne user would not be as concerned with it as he is. Ne users get intrigued by random ideas, but those ideas typically do not get brought into reality because the Ne users brain is constantly generating new ones and the same ones become gray. Taehyun does not show this pattern at all, In fact his need for excellence and understanding with his skills points towards Ti-Se-Ni.
