What personality type is Beomgyu (TXT)? Beomgyu (TXT) is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 4w3 - so/sx - 371 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.
I think it's important not to take people's words at face value when typing. When Beomgyu says “I just want to be who I am, not defined by any role” we cannot be sure of what drove him to say that, whether consciously or not. Let's entertain the assumption that he is attached to the idea of him being someone who "is not defined by any role", that he has this grand vision of who he'd like to be, which aligns with Ni and enneatype 4, not necessarily Fi. To simplify the most, the difference between Fe and Fi can be reduced to objective values vs. subjective values. Fi, not being as affected by the external, also tends to hold stronger values. Beomgyu describes his values changing constantly, worried about how he is perceived by others, which correlates more with Fe. So then we come to the question of whether his current values concerning identity and not being defined by a role would be considered objective or subjective values. Prior to making the first statement quoted in this comment, he said "People aren’t required to explain themselves as a role they play. ", that's more of a general message to everyone. Perhaps his desire to be his own unique self is one that he actively promotes because he wants it to be a shared value, which would be Fe. And lastly, BEOMGYU: "It’s really fascinating. There’s seriously a lot of MOA who share the exact same concerns I had. They’re worried about their friendships, and there were even people with the same worries I told you about earlier. But I think it’s for the best that I dealt with those things first. (laughs) I’d rather share my feelings and talk with MOA than give advice to them. That’s what best friends are for, right? Way easier to talk openly with than regular friends. I’m very open when I write my diary and I’m thankful for how open MOA are with me." (Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it make a bit more sense for his instinctual variant stacking to be so/sp/sx? I'm certain he's a social 4 but I'm not very well versed in instinctual variants)
